Can I use the Lapasar RFQ tool to get/manage quotations from my own suppliers as well?
Yes! After some initial trial uses, many of our clients decide that they would like to use the Lapasar RFQ tool as a one-stop-platform to manage all RFQs. That includes the communication process with existing suppliers, which is traditionally done via emails, before using Lapasar. Lapasar’s team will assist in onboarding a client’s existing suppliers onto Lapasar.com. If needed, the supplier will receive assistance and support via the Lapasar service team. The RFQ tool is user-friendly and simple - no digital savviness is required on the supplier side.

If I like a quotation, do I place orders to Lapasar or to the suppliers who provided the quotation?
Buyers place their PO to Lapasar. Lapasar ensures prompt delivery by the supplier and handles any sort of disputes or returns, as well as the payment process. Lapasar is the single-point-of-contact for the buyer.
